true to form

My picture-taking ineptness continues to plague me.

We took a trip to visit my grandmother in Eastern Tennessee. All day in the pick up truck for Mayra, Dad, and me.

Granny is quite keen on family pictures, so I did remember to throw the camera in my bag. Unfortunately, I didn't remember to charge the battery, or to pack extra batteries or the charger.

We stopped at a roadside attraction called Dinosaur Land. it used to be a landmark for my brother and I when we were kids. This trip the camera batteries died while we were exploring the display. Lucky for me, Grandma was so entertained by Mayra, she forgot to ask for pictures. Next trip I'll have to be better prepared.
