I took Mayra to a paint your own ceramics place today. The Painted Platypus is not far from where we live. Mayra picked out a dinosaur to paint. The lady working there wsa nice, and let Mayra pick her own colors. mayra surprised me and picked four different colors, I was expecting her to say blue, blue, blue, and blue.
It cost $20, which is an expensive knick-knack, but if you consider I didn't have to pay a studio fee, or anything for paints or brushes, it's not bad.
Mayra liked it pretty well and wants to go back next week to paint a happy dragon.
