I took Mayra to Chuck E Cheese last night. She had thought we were going to Mom and Dad's house after work, but they weren't going to be home, so I decided to surprise her with a trip to CEC.
When we were walking down the sidewalk outside of daycare, I said look what I have for you and handed her the coupon. She recognizes the logo, and says "we're gonna go to Chuckie Cheeeeeeezzz?" She kept up that refrain all the way to Fairfax. Good thing we weren't on Continental Airlines, we could have been kicked off the plane.
She spent a half hour or so climbing the tower, coming down the slide, then back up and back down, over and over and over again.
Her climbing skills have improved noticeably this summer, I will have to look into non-competitve gynastics for her.
